Plastic lumber is available in a much broader range of sizes than many people realize - from smaller dimensional profiles to massive structural members approaching 12"x16"

The tables below provide nominal size, actual dimensions, maximum available lengths and approximate weight per foot

Nominal Size vs. Actual Size

Like traditional lumber, the name used to describe a plastic lumber profile does not always represent its finished dimensions .
For example:

Nominal 2" x 6" - Actual Dimensions -  1.46" x 5.44"

When dimensions are important to your application, always design around the actual - not the nominal size.​ Please contact us if this is the case because there is subtle differences between manufacturers
